UPDATE: Three Now Charged in Case of Missing Delco Woman; Flowers given One Million Dollar Bond

New Details: Columbus Daily has now officially confirmed three have been charged in the case of a Missing Delco Woman.

Arrest #3:

A third person is believed to have been charged in the Murder of Shanna Denise Perry. Emily Sandlin, 46, who’s been charged with Accessory After the Fact and Communicating Threats, is listed as Engaged to Lance Sandlin on her Facebook profile, and is believed to be the ex-wife of the first to be charged.

Emily Sandlin is held under a $10,000 bond at the Columbus County Detention Center.

Arrest #2:

Lori Angel Flowers, 46, has been charged with Accessory After the Fact in the murder of Shanna Denise Perry. This came just hours after Lance Arrington Sandlin IV, of Delco, was charged with Perry’s murder.

Flowers is currently held at the Columbus County Detention Center now with a $1,000,000 bond.

Delco, NC – This evening, Lance Arrington Sandlin IV, 47, of Delco, was arrested and charged with the murder of Shanna Denise Perry, 38, also of Delco.  Lance is currently being held without bond at the Columbus County Sheriff’s Office Detention Center.

The investigation into Shanna Perry’s disappearance began in May 2024.  Despite extensive searches and hundreds of man-hours dedicated to finding Shanna, tonight, she remains missing.  The Columbus County Sheriff’s Office has been assisted by the NC State Bureau of Investigation throughout the investigation.  Columbus County Sheriff’s Office will continue searching for Shanna tonight.

This is an ongoing investigation.  The Columbus County Sheriff’s Office remains steadfast in its commitment to finding Shanna and bringing justice to her family. 

Authorities believe that multiple individuals may have been involved in Shanna Perry’s disappearance.
