The town of Chadbourn has released the following statement:
“Due to an issue beyond our control with the Town’s mail service provider for the mailing of the monthly utility bills, the mailing of the May utility bills may not occur. The Town has been working to find alternative companies to provide this service going forward. Due to this issue, there will not be late fees or penalties assessed for the month of May.“
Customers may access their bill amount at:
https://www.paybill.com/V2/Workflow/Payment Workflow/ClientAccount. Customers may also call Town Hall at 910-654-4148 to get your bill amount from Ms. Linda or Ms. Wendy. You may also come to Town Hall and ask for the bill amount. In addition, you may call the pay by phone number at 1-855-598-5609 to find out bill balance and to make a payment.
