What to expect at Celebrate the Arts 2024

On March 23rd, Columbus County Schools and Whiteville City Schools will present Celebrate the Arts 2024. The annual festival features Art, Chorus, Band, Poetry, Piano, and Theatre Arts presentations, including a vast student art gallery. The program boasts that it is “North Carolina’s Largest Students Art Festival”. The festival will be hosted at East Columbus Jr./Sr. High School in Lake Waccamaw.

The festival features work from over 1,000 students from grades K-12, Kelly Jones with CCS also says the festival is expected to have roughly 300 students participating in performances.
