Columbus County Schools Announces Plans to Connect with Parents

Columbus County Schools announced on Wednesday they would be holding “Community Cafe’s” throughout the county at different school campuses in an attempt to connect with parents.

“Parents, here’s an excellent opportunity for you to voice your thoughts and opinions on our school system at our upcoming Community Cafes. These meetings will take place on the following dates and locations:

November 27 at ECJSHS – 7 PM
November 28 at WCHS – 7 PM
December 4 at SCHS – 7 PM

The purpose of these Community Cafes is to facilitate informal discussions on matters important to our parents. Everyone is welcome to attend any of the sessions and share your valuable opinions.”

CCS also announced new parent surveys.

“November 12th Until December 1st
Parents, we need your assistance. We have a parent survey that we would greatly appreciate you completing to enhance our support for our students and their families. You can find the survey link on our school’s Facebook Page and on the Columbus County Schools website. Your input will help us improve all aspects of our school. Please make sure to complete the survey by December 1st.”
